I successfully tried forming my Corps for battle by a simple series of orders. However, it did give me a chance to experiment with some of the other commands in the courier menu that I normally don't try to use, and that was quite interesting.įor example: 'Move to the flank of.' seems to work perfectly, and is very similar to the Peter Turcan syntax but without the linking option. But it didn't work and they remained stubbornly silent despite my best efforts. I was trying to replace the Fr_March.wav sound file with a recording I'd made of a selection of French marching songs, so that my men would sing as they marched into battle rather than just having the drum cadence.
